Best Mexican food around.. We have been to many local Mexican restaurants in the area and none come close to Mariachi Loco. Friendliest staff, great food, and fun atmosphere. Have come here for three or four years and never been disappointed. Wife is vegetarian and finds great choices on the menu, I am a carnivore and have tried many dishes- beef, pork, chicken, and shrimp- all excellent. Sometimes it is very busy which normally sends me looking for another restaurant but here my wait for a table or booth is always worth the wait. Very friendly staff, always willing to do special orders for my wife and always ready to get you whatever you need- never let your drink sit empty for long.
Cant ask for a better place to eat. Fast service, good food, friendly atmosphere. We have never had a single complaint.

MexiCAN. As a Texan, I feel qualified to put my two cents in here. The food is every bit as good as you'd find at a real Mexican joint in the DFW. It's Tex-Mex, so everything is run up against each other on a hot plate, and that's a good thing. The menu is exactly what you'd expect, so all in all it kinda felt like home.
We did have a little problem with our rellenos being cold in the middle, which was strange to me. But when the waiter took them back, they ones that came back were fresh, not the same ones heated up.
Overall, yeah, I reckon we'd come back if we were in town.
El queso es viejo, dande esta el bano?. Of all the Mexican restaurants in Morgantown this is my favorite. The chori pollo is off the freakin hook! The tacos de carne asada are always a treat as well. Of course, there's nothing wrong with classics like 2 tacos rice and beans or an overstuffed, about to explode burrito, which is how your butt will feel if you finish the whole thing. JK! LOL!
My girlfriend and I go here all the time and we usually get the same waiter since he knows us now. Not sure of his name so we usually refer to him as Hector. Hector is a great guy, always talkative and he knows to bring me a large Dos Equis draft as soon as I walk in. I wish I had two extra hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs up! Muy bueno!
We give this 5 stars. Food and service were excellent. The menu had a wide variety of items including familiar favorites and many authentic and specialty dishes. We were delighted with service and food quality. Lovely murals. A wonderful find. Highly recommend. :)
Great little place. Ask for Antonio Banderas or Mario. Also, ask for some fresh grilled habanero's!!! They treat me right. Great margaritas
Los Mariachi's little brother. Owned by the same family that owns Los Mariachi's, so basically the same food. I always get #17, with a cheese enchilada, a chicken burrito, rice, and beans However, I've been there twice recently, and they've definitely kicked it up a notch. Lots of cilantro (which I love), and the fajitas are good.
However---the menu says that all fajitas come with rice and beans, but what they really mean is that the left-hand column of fajitas comes with rice and beans, but the right-hand column doesn't. My mother called them on it, and they simply ignored her. We didn't get huffy about it, but I'm sure my mother will think twice about going back.

Great food and friendly service! My favorite in Morgantown. I have traveled in Mexico and I love Mexican food. When I am in Morgantown this is one of my favorite places to dine. The service is friendly and timely, The walls are decorated with some signature Mexican style paintings or mural type things as well as a few in reference to Mexican history. Its also very clean.
The servers are very friendly and will also have conversations with in you in spanish if you want to practice.
The food is very flavorful.... Enchiladas are stuffed with tender chicken or beef and seasoned to perfection, Tamales are amazing, Salsa is spicey, some dishes are flavored with lime and cilantro.
I have never had a bad meal here or even just an okay meal. A must try if you love Mexican food.
My favorite Mexican food in Morgantown. I really like eating here. I always like the food and the waitstaff are always friendly and nice to our kids.
Amazing experience here. Staff was super kind and patient with us as I did take a while to pick out my order. I ordered the lunch special burrito #16 it was new on the menu and absolutely the best burrito I have ever had. It was lacked full of flavor and the perfect size ...for only just over $5 for my meal I was stuffed !! The whole family was extremely happy with the good here. We will definitely be returning in the future...I'll be craving that Currizo Pinnaple chicken burrito for the rest of my days I'm sure !!! Thank you guys keep up the amazing work !!
I was visiting Morgantown, WV and was looking for a place for lunch and I found this wonderful restaurant.
It is in a strip mall near I79 and I68, but it is far from being just another Mexican restaurant. I was greeted immediately and directed to a table. My server was there almost instantly. He was very nice, and very helpful.
I ordered the Jumbo Burrito with chicken, and it was delicious! The chips and salsa were incredible as well.
I will definitely be back!
Overall best Tex-Mex I’ve had, no joke. Fast service, clean tables, unique but appealing flavors. Pictured is the #16 lunch special with chorizo, chicken and pineapple; the tomato was added after the fact by my girlfriend.
Everything is really good both times I've been there always friendly and stays on top of everything and they r fast love it I think I found my new restaurant 😁😁😁😋
Tried this place today on a whim. The food is excellent, the portions are huge, the prices are reasonable and the service is good. They have spicy and mild options and a wide variety on the menu. We'll be back!
