Definitely has gone downhill as time has gone by. Lack luster food with terrible service. The presentation of food is great but the taste of things or quality have been disappointing. They do have some occasional amazing different dishes but mostly just over priced.

Visiting from out of state and a friend recommended Sargasso. The first look at the menu and I was ready to leave due to lack of choices. The choices offered looked good so decided to stay. Glad we did. Ordered the special of the night-linguini with pesto sauce. Husband had the chicken. We both said first bite was amazing! Full of flavor. Meals prepared by one chef. Friend says he goes there because of the chef. We now know why. Prices are a little high but wow, what a great place for date night or anything special. What a treat.

Sargasso is absolutely wonderful. My girlfriend and I went there a few months ago and we loved the brunch, specifically the takoyaki fries were amazing. We decided to come back again for dinner and it was phenomenal. Totally exceeded my expectations.

The chef was great! All our plates were freshly prepared and exceeded expectations 👌🏽 Salmon was cooked well, corn bread full of flavors, and soup was well balanced. Super friendly staff, great ambiance, interior design could be improved.

Had Sunday brunch at Sargasso. I had the traditional American breakfast with eggs, potatoes, bacon and toast. It is a little expensive at $12 but the portion was large and very good. Service was excellent. The atmosphere and no crowd was also nice. Will take pictures next time.

The food here was amazing! The atmosphere is great as well for both a business meeting or a date. I will definitely be returning for another experience

Not totally pleased with New Years Eve dinner. I had the eggplant 🍆 the price was substantial and the taste was just OK. I do understand that restaurants can command a price increase on special occasions. Being an individual that has prepared food for dinner parties and have done catering I found the meal that I ordered I could prepair was significantly cheaper the presentation and taste was better then what I had. I do understand that resturants need to prepair presentations for all taste pallets not just mine. However, what it cost me to prepair eggplant at home for 2 people was under $20

Really should be about three and a half stars. Interesting combination of innovation and execution. It seems like the ingredients are right, but preparation cost some of the taste intensity and full delivery of the food's potential. Worth a try, though. About half of our order was definitely worth ordering again, the other half, we're chalking up to experimentation.
