Wendy's

Since 2020, I've only used the drive-thru at this Wendy's. If I had rated / reviewed it 2 years ago I likely would have given it 2 stars, but they have stepped up their game over the past year - likely due to new management team. From burgers to chicken sandwiches and salads, the food quality and consistency in correct filling of orders has noticeably improved.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Jess (Jessica) in the drive thru tonight 4/13/23. My mother was a regional manager a long long time ago. The amount of love she spoke to EVERYONE coming through her drive thru tonight (8:40 pm) was immaculate. She and their team moved through the rush and she did it was grace. I was blessed to hear such a friendly voice even from the cars in front, behind me and while I was waiting at the window. Thank you guys Matthew

Our 6 kids my husband and I enjoyed ourselves at the Wendy's in HICKORY. We also lik3 the one in morganton by the walmart market place. In HICKORY TAMMY greated, and treated us with joy & respect. She was promot and knowledgeable of the products they served. Our order was 7- 4 for 4 meals. We didn't have to wait long either. She was AWESOME. We will be back!!!

Talk about an unexpected experience. I went through the drive through today. Very long line, I was preparing to wait 20 minutes. I was in/out in under 5 minutes. I was greeted by 4 employees. 1- lady on interim taking my order 2- guy at window #1 taking my payment 3- guy at window #2 handing my drink 4- guy at window #2 handing my food. I’m blown away with the manners, friendliness, welcoming customer service. It doesn’t even compare to Chick-filet’s reputation. I just can’t describe it any other way, absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced. Way to go Wendy’s!!! You’re on to something great. Keep it up.

My fiancé and I are visiting and stopped by , we had the BEST customer service we’ve had in a while by the employee “Terri” at the register. She was the sweetest employee I have met. She took her time wasn’t in a rush and kept a smile on her face the whole time. Can’t say the same about the rest of the employees. Had an issue with old nuggets but overall I can’t complain. That lady was AWESOME !
