It has been my second bad experience with this pizza hut in last six or eight months and with pizza hut customer service. last time we had some complications after had the pizza and I called the customer service and I was told that The Regional Manager will contact me and never happened even after eight months.

Can't get delivery to my address, even though I know I've had it before. When I called the store to find out what's up I got redirected to a call center. Shenanigans I say! Just let me talk to the people in the store.

I ordered food at 5:53pm and it said it would be delivered by 6:25pm. I received a text at 6:14pm that it was out for delivery. So far everything was normal. After waiting 40 minutes I called to check and they said it was getting ready to leave the store (even though it was suppose to be out for delivery). I received my food at 7:30pm, 90 minutes after I ordered. After all that the food was cold.
