Took my son here with my parents and my husband and brother. This location was decently clean. The staff was generally helpful and nice. The bathrooms aren't very well kept. They did get our order wrong. All in all, I rate this place very decent for prices being reasonable for games and food. The food is actually amazing.

I take my reviews very seriously. I have tasted wings and pizza in cheap buffets that have tasted better than the pizza and wings i recieved today from this place.

Decent place for a kids party. Can rent a row of chairs that sits about 20-30 people, but they have about 5 or 6 in a line so if multiple parties are happening at the same time, it can get very busy. This location has a good variety of games. They have one game there that gave about 500 tickets in 10 minutes so the kids liked that.

Love this location it was very clean inside&out. Good costumer service, all employees were kind and did a good job running this place! Salad bar was full and kept up& food was yummy. So most def going back!

The food was 3 out of 10
The service was 1 out of 10
So I went for a Birthday party,
The sound/ music from the Birthday party section was so loud, we nearly had to yell at each other just to have a conversation,
We asked if the staff could turn it down just a little bit,
They said they couldn't, and we were welcome to go somewhere else if we didn't like it.
WOW !
I COULDN'T BELIEVE HE SAID THAT.
So here's your review,
If we ever set foot in another chuck e cheese's,
It won't be the moreno Valley location, if ever.
SO THE SAYING MUST BE TRUE,

Had a unreserved party on a sunday,not to crowded. They were out of a few drinks at the fountain. Most of the employees were helpful. The person playing chuck e was just sad,barely had any dancing moves,no personality at all. But all the games were working and that was nice,if the games ran out of tickets they immediately corrected the problem. Pizza was very good and hot. So overall the visit was good not great but food.

This is a great place to let the kids release energy specially on rainy days. They have lots of activities for them to do and what kid doesn't love pizza. One thing I think that should be mentioned most places we go to like this the staff is kind of nonchalant but the staff here at the Murietta chucky cheese is great.
