Steer n Stein has the best steaks I have ever tasted. They melt in your mouth. The food is served on hot plates so it stays warm longer. The bread served with the meal is delicious. Family atmosphere. Awesome service. Best place in town. Everything is fantastic! Highly recommend.

I Absolutely Love the ambiance of this place, very relaxing and fulfilling. Our waitress Sarah did an Awesome job serving us, very thorough and pleasant.
I had half rack of Baby Back Ribs with Rice Pilaf and Potato wedges with cheese and bacon bits. We also tried their Sampler Platter in which had Fried Zucchini, Potato wedges with cheese and bacon bits and Onion Rings. All that we ordered was very satisfying and DELICIOUS!!
They follow all protocols for Covid, limited seating in more than 6 feet apart. I felt very confident and safe. First come first served in limited seating. Well worth it I must say.
Me and my adult kids and granddaughter had a Very good time, we weren't rushed and were made to feel at home. The prices very manageable, not expensive for their great food, priced perfectly for the Awesome experience. This Definitely is one of our top places to eat now.

I love this place! Can't believe that we had never came here before until Covid started and everything was pretty much closed, we came for the outdoor dining and we were impressed! Great food, great service and great prices. Recommend it 100% Everything was great and nice.

We were craving steak so we ended up here. Not for the first time of course. We walked in and were greeted by the hostess which was wearing a smile on her face and was very welcoming. Seated immediately and then greeted by our server which was also very friendly. Got our drinks out to us right away and started taking our order. Our appetizer come our first of course. The fried zucchini was awesome. A big enough portion that two of us couldn't finish alone. Not long after that our meals come out. They were exactly what we had ordered and they way we ordered it. I like my steaks rare and it came out perfect. The grilled shrimp was sauteed in a garlic butter and paired with the steak perfectly. Thank you to all from the hostess to the cooks for making the experience well worth the price. Definitely will be going back. Enjoy!

I ordered tonight to go thinking it was only open for take out. Turns out they were sitting people inside. Anyway ordered one of my favorite things Fried zucchini’s. Made me so sad when I got hone. They taste like they were soaked in old stale oil. Please change your oil. It makes you good suck and I usually love it. I gave this review higher then I would have cause the skillet mushrooms which I also love were good.

The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because the meal did not agree with my stomach. The meal tasted so good I was not expecting it to run through my system like it did. I even had left overs which I through away. I had a med rare Rib eye ( I've been eating med rare steak for years), bake potatoe with butter, sour cream and chives, rootbeer soda and California medley vegetables and for desert cheesecake. None of what I ate had a bad taste, the meal was absolutely delicious. The service was good. This was a going away dinner with a friend and was so disappointed when I got sick. I am moving out of Moreno Valley 2 hrs away. I gave lived in MoVal for 31 yrs and wanted steak. This is the only place serving inside in Moval. I use to come to Steer 'n Stein a lot when March Airforce Base was an Active Duty Base. Anyway I will visit the restaurant again with hopes it was just a fluke that I got sick.
