Tim Hortons

I ordered two sausage biscuits and a large decaf with five creams. The biscuits are actually panini-toasted, making them look white and artificial - which is also exactly how they taste. The sausage patties have a spicy flavor - not a sausage flavor, though, just a spicy one. The texture is slightly rubbery. Now I know that adding five creams to a large coffee is going to cool it, but anywhere else, it takes it from scalding to hot. At TH, it renders it cool - lower than room temperature. Obviously the decaf is not all that hot to start with.

Pretty awful service. The person in the drive through acted as if she had memory loss issues or something because she couldn't remember anything we said and was also extremely slow when typing up orders. All we asked was 2 medium iced coffees, 1 mocha and 1 caramel. She kept mixing them up, and almost gave us vanilla instead. Also, the sign said $2.40 per coffee but we got charged $2.70 instead, plus our drinks were very plain.. As if they were watered down and barely had any coffee or sweetner. And their iced cappuccino machine was broken.

This is the worst Tim Hortons I have every been to. The food is always undercooked. I got a Bacon Cheese biscuit which the biscuit wasn't done the cheese wasn't melted and the hashbrown was so hard around the edges I couldn't eat it. I regularly visit the one on Patterson and by The Greene. I recommend going to one of these locations.

I went to this location june,10,22 around 10:30-11:20. I ordered a sausage,egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a croissant. The croissant was so burnt I had to peel the edges off! And after eating it I felt nauseous all day. It has now been 24 hours and I still feel sick. I would never eat here again!

Three consecutive times this week I have come and had to leave because their service is too slow. Today I didn’t even get to order, I was left waiting in the drive thru for who knows how many minutes, until I could not wait any more. Grabbing a cup of coffee should not be this difficult. Their service has really gone down in the last month and half, cold drinks that are supposed to be hot, wrong or missing items. Skip them go straight to the McDonald’s down the block, you’re better off.
