The issue is although the employees are nice no matter what time you get there in the morning even if you leave 30 minutes before you’re supposed to be to work that line is always 15 to 20 minutes long sometimes longer because they do not tell the people who order food to pull aside so I had to stop going to this Dunkin’ Donuts I understand that the lobby is not open but they could tell people to. Can you pull aside it should not take 20 minutes for three cars thank you

This location was such a disappointment. We were traveling from Ohio to South Carolina and stopped here for some much needed espresso. There was only 1 guy working, the drinks he gave us first were completely wrong then the correct drinks we finally got tasted disgusting. The espresso was burnt and made the beverages undrinkable. We had to throw them away. Such a waste of our money

I am visiting Mooresville due to a family emergency. I've been here before and overall I'm not a big fan of the town. it's very hectic and chaotic and I almost always get poor service wherever I go. This Dunkin donuts was amazing! It was probably the best Dunkin donuts I've ever been to period and I go to Dunkin donuts almost daily. the ladies working there were super nice and polite and everything was made perfectly even though I put in a fairly complicated order. I can't tell you how much this brightened my day.
