I went inside to order. There were 7 or 8 people working that day. No customers inside but me. Drive thru had a car on and off.
It took a while for the cashier to acknowledge me and come over to take my order. As I ordered, he had to yell over to the crew to see if they had any of the items I asked for. They said they had barely enough to make my order complete. Sounds good!
Well, it took another long while for them to package it all together and hand it to me. Thankfully the order was accurate and complete.
Got the food home and the family enjoyed it. All in all, it was satisfactory. Bojangles in general has slid from what it was.

Don't know what's going on at this Bojangles but the last 2 times I've been there I am given an amount when I order thru the drive thru and when I get to the window some girl with blue hair comes over and starts poling on the register and all of a sudden my bill goes up.. Last time it went from $10. something to $12.something... This time from $14. something to $17. something... I just got my CC back and drove off... ordering breakfast by the way.. Last time gong to this one!!!!

They actually let you eat inside this one. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed a nice brunch on a friday with plenty of clean tables.

Bojangles is like my local diner but fast food the bacon egg and cheese biscuit is amazing there's nothing better than it I get a small mac and cheese and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit phenomenal I highly recommend the bacon egg and cheese biscuit it is absolutely chronic

Epically slow service today. Not a long drive thru line but was in line over 20 minutes. I expected to see like 2 employees by the time I got to the window but saw 4. And not even a "sorry about the wait" after waiting at the window like 5 min more.

The staff do not have bad attitude , however, they are not trained to serve food. The orders are wrong often and the lettuce on my wife’s grilled chicken club sandwich was rotten . With many staff 7 -8, there were no fried chicken , no fries ready and many customers got their money refunded and left without food . Not a good situation .

To start with Bojangles everywhere has went to pot. This one had a long line that was moving very slow. I get to the window and handed the young man cash he came back and told me I did not give him enough so I had to count it out for him, I had to get them to come back to the window three times to get items that I had asked for. After starting back down the road my wife took the sandwiches out of the top of the bag which showed our fries basically just thrown in the bag and after we got 15 mikes down the road we realized the failed to give up spoons to eat the side with. Also the quality of food was not what I loved Bojangles for. This is the 3rd strike for the company. I am done!
