Soft Pretzels are fresh. Made on premises in the Moorstown mall. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. No waiting in line as their lines are short and quick. Very clean. The staff handle food with care during social distancing times. This business has been around for YEARS inside the Moorstown mall in one particular location as they been at for years. I’m glad they are still in business. I also appreciate how they have diverse staff. Inclusion and no exclusion whatsoever. I highly recommend this business for soft pretzels. Cinnaminon soft pretzel and the almond and the original salted soft pretzel I highly recommend trying. Their beverages look tasty too! Five stars from me! Each employee and manager deserves a pay raise and promotions! Also appreciate how they have a donation tip jar at the counter.

I ordered a bucket of 90 nuggets and was given a medium sized drink cup. I figured it was a mistake, so I called and was polite. The person who answered the call was very rude and disrespectful. She hung up before i even finished what I was saying. I am very displeased with their customer service. Usually the employees are very nice, but this girl was not
