Is there a Negative 3 Stars option? Does anyone at Corporate see these reviews? I am not surprised that there are more reviews on here about the same lady I'm about to talk about. She is Very Unprofessional I hope she is not the manager because she was being so unkind and unreasonable. I have a large family and my kids wanted sandwiches for lunch. All we did was walk up to the counter and we were greeted with MOVE BACK. And proceeded to demand the poor couple in front of us to Move themselves back around a Table to continue their order. When No one understood what she was trying to do she Proceeded to Say I HAVE NO PROBLEM STOPPING MAKING ANY SANDWICHES. this all happened in about 60 seconds worth of time.
As we bolted for the door with discuss She EGGED us on the whole time out the door and RANTED also Trying to be Cute saying have a blessed day in the most sarcastic response to us leaving.
She MUST GO. please if you walk in the door and you see this rude lady turn around and walk out. Better Yet just don't go till FIREHOUSE FIRES HER PLEASE.

Anna, I appreciate your kind words but this looks like has been happening for over 6 months now. It doesn't sound like your letting management know has done a single thing to fix this. I don't know if you can tell but there are reviews going back on this same location and same lady from I can tell going back 7 months.
Corporate might need to get involved. It is putting the brand to shame that she is still there.

Love firehouse but this one is the worst. Employees children are allowed to loiter in the customer seating being loud. While waiting for my meal delivery service drivers where treated poorly, Not allowed to pick up food because they didn’t have a mask (Oklahoma hasn’t had a mask mandate in over a year and Moore never had one). Staff handled it poorly by antagonizing the man when he came back in with a mask. And then when the man gave attitude back he was told to leave. This poor guy is just trying to do his job. Until new management is in place I’ll go to the firehouse on expressway by work. How has corporate not stepped in with so many 1 star reviews in the last 4 months alone.

Absolute joke of an establishment. Food has always been decent but their efficiency and customer service is trash. The staff is rude and inconsiderate, especially Felicia. It took her over an hour to make one online sandwich order. It was 35+ minutes after the online pickup time before she got me my order ready & it was not a busy time. I asked her to cancel my order and refund me and she refused. 10/10 would not recommend. Don't waste your time.

First of all customer service means you don’t argue with a customer about a order that was made wrong. Second you do not laugh or make jokes about your customers husband making the mistake. All this was done to me at this location. Same rude “owner” that we’ve had to deal with in the past. After telling her to please remake my sandwich there is no need to argue about who was right or wrong she told me to leave. I explained to her that I had to drive 10 miles to get my sandwich made right. Gas isn’t cheap these days and it would’ve been a lot easier if she had simply apologized and made my sandwich. Then she proceeds to take my lord and saviors name in vain and walked off cussing. So here comes another employee wanting to argue once again about the situation. She then grabbed my sandwich and threw it on the floor. Wow! I WILL NOT BE BACK and this franchise needs some serious work!!!!! I’ll make sure to never recommend firehouse in Moore to anyone!

This food establishment has the worst staff I have ever seen. I was eating lunch when a Young girl and her mom came in to get 2 door dash orders. The staff ignored the young girl at the counter for 10 mins. Then the staff told the young girl and the mom that they aren't going to make their door dash orders because they did not have masks on. There was 15 or more customers eating with no masks on. There is no mask mandate in Oklahoma at this time. This pregnant mom and daughter was just trying to make some extra money on spring break. This staff needs to be fired and they need to train and higher more professional staff. I likely will not be back here. I can't support a company that is ok with disrespecting people like this.

Be ready to be reprimanded by the restaurant staff! Make sure you only talk to restaurant staff if you are at the register because if you do you will promptly be told that they can’t help you until you are at the register, even when the restaurant is empty and your picking up an order you placed online. The food is not the same quality as you will find other Firehouse Subs in the metro area.
Update:
The manager is still there and still terrorizing customers. I thought I would give it another try so I placed an order online and made sure to wear a mask to pick up my order. This time I was greeted by the manager with “Good Afternoon, welcome to Firehouse” and I replied “Good Afternoon”. When I got to the counter she looks at the the other employee and says “Your going to have to help him because he didn’t say good afternoon back to me”. I quickly interjected and let her know that I did reply and that she may not have heard me because I have a mask on and she began to argue with me. Of course the restaurant was fairly busy and she made sure everyone could hear what she was saying to me which was quite humiliating. The behavior of this employee and her continued employment leaves you wondering if the franchisee of this location has some vested interest in it going out of business. Word of mouth is everything in the restaurant business and I’m definitely spreading the word to my family and friends.

Probably pointless even giving this review. There are tons of other ones. Mainly about the same person and nothing has been addressed. The staff at this restaurant are rude, obnoxious, and completely unprofessional. The complete lack of response from management must mean they could care less about retaining business. The lady needs fired. I will just be giving Norman my business from now on. The extra drive is worth it to avoid the atrocious lack of basic customer service that ownership obviously supports.

My son is a huge Firehouse Sub fan. We have gone there regularly for the last several years. However, over the last several months it has been different. There is a manager that is very rude and crass. We felt like we were being interrogated when we ordered him a plain like she did not approve.. the first time this occurred I felt like it would might have been a fluke and gave her the benefit of the doubt. She has continued to be rude on each of our other visits to ourselves as well as other customers and Uber drivers. In reading some of the other reviews, I have a feeling we're talking about the same person. She is the face of your company, which you should be greatly concerned about. We will not be returning
