Subway

Worker who helped us was good and he was the only one helping us. Everyone else was walking around looking busy when they really wasn't. Even after we paid for our meals the man who helped us was making sandwiches for several other customers while other workers didn't seem to care to help him out. Shelves weren't r ally stocked w chips and the cups where spilling over n the holders. Soda fountain machine area wasn't clean and soda was spilled all over. Some tables weren't clean either.

The only reason I gave the rating i did is because of Will. He took care of me the whole time while other workers were too busy making food for themselves while the manager was yelling at them to get off the clock. The manager was also talking with a customer about a bad experience her son had and she said I cant yell at them while customers were there. When is it ever okay to yell at your staff? Before Will even came up to me a blonde gal came up and said i would help you but im off the clock, then why even come up to me? Will continued to work while his coworkers were shoving my food out of their way it didn't seem to bother him but it didn't seem right. Also when is it okay for and employee to cut off a customer in line when waiting to pay. I walked up to pay and the same blonde gal cut me off and payed for her food while I had been waiting to pay for a while. Will was amazing and deserves a raise. Thank you Will for making my experience better then your coworkers did.

I ordered online, and I came to Subway to pick up my sandwiches. It was supposed to be ready; however, the employees kept making sandwiches from the line and totally ignoring the online orders. Waited a half hour, one gentleman that came in to pick up his sandwich after me got so fed up on waiting that he told them to cancel his order. One of the employees did nothing but make up excuses as to why they could not get the orders out, and the manager that was there did nothing to help the ones who ordered online. My sandwich was not even made correctly, and to top it off, I was charged for meals on both sandwiches when I said "NO" to making them both meals. It's not the first time this has happened, making the sandwiches wrong, making the online orders have to wait, and making up excuses. It will be a while before I go back again.

The person who took my order was GREAT. The next person who put the veggies on my order was GREAT. The manager at the register was completely UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. It was a really good experience until paying for the order when the advertised deal wouldn't ring in correctly and the manager continued to smack at the register say she didn't know how to honor the advertisement. Then she preceded to tell me I got things for free when I asked to make sure I got my receipt to contact the company headquarters and that I didn't need to express myself to them. I didn't ask for anything for free only that the advertised deal be honored.

Amazing! I went in at a little after 1:00, and while standing in line, struck up a conversation with a very lovely and giving young lady named Candace. She wound up paying for my salad too! See Montrose, there are still some amazing people out there. You just gotta let your guard down, and don't be afraid to talk to folks! And my salad was awesome!
