Chili's

We sat at the bar. I Ordered a Caribbean salad with extra dressing on the side. When it came out, the dressing on the side was wrong. It was a balsamic vinaigrette which is not what comes on my salad. I have Ordered it for years. But he claimed since he checked it over, it was right and left it ate that! You can even see a difference in the photo of whats on the plate vs in the container. On top of this, the service was pathetic

Slow service every time we’ve gone. Took over 30 minutes to just get chips and salsa this time. No toilet paper. Bring your own or grab a paper towel or napkin before going into the bathroom. Drinks are so full of ice, you barely get anything. Did I mention bad service? Several other tables left without to go boxes because they couldn’t get a server to their table. Temperature is extremely cold. Overall just a horrible experience. This will be the last time we come here.

I had a great time here. The host was very sweet and I appreciated her getting my drink's right away they was very busy and had lots going on I seen where the manager wasn't as friendly as they should be I felt. I also feel that the staff should be paid more to put up with the public like they do. The one cook didn't do as I had asked an I had to send my stuff back a few time's. I like my meat well done they didn't do that there was blood on my plate which got into my other food. So I couldn't eat every thing I had ordered. I was sad.

Our family went we got our appetizer and then we were forgotten about for an hour and 20 minutes. Even after reminding the wait staff about our drinks. When we asked the waiter about our food we were told it would be just 10 more minutes. The manager didn't come out until the hour 20 mark. Said he would take half off our food. The food took another 20 minutes to come out and they got the order wrong. (They put cheese on one of our kids sliders after we asked for no cheese) Between the wait staffs story about our food and the managers someone was lying. I felt we were kept there against our will all we wanted at this point was food for our children. Everything tasted bad because of the experience and how we were treated. Probably one of the worst experiences I have experienced dinning out.

We usually love chilli's...However, this trip the food was cold (sent back for recook, something I almost never do) service started out good but left much to be desired by the end of the meal. When manager brought food out for the second time he didn't even have anything to say. Hopefully our next visit will be better I know everyone has off days.

Service is slow AF. Sat at the bar and I don’t know who the bartender was but he snapped at one of the customers who asked him a question. Later he started screaming at a coworker and the whole restaurant could hear, co worker walked out, bartender kept screaming, awkward for everybody. They’ve got good food but they need to get some better service and more courteous workers.

So I placed an order over the phone, because I had some special and specific wants. I asked for blue cheese instead of ranch, I got ranch. I asked for a side of guacamole for my fajitas, not only did I not get guacamole I didn't get any of the sides that come with fajitas.no sour cream, no salsa, no cheese and no guacamole! I ordered ribs and extra bbq sauce, and guess what? No extra sauce! Fajitas without all the sides are dry and boring.
