Sonic Drive-in

We stopped by on our way home to middle Tennessee. I ordered a cheeseburger combo and the best part of it was the coke zero. The tots tasted like they were cooked in really old oil. The burger was disgusting. The bun was soggy and looked like it has spots of mold. The burger was only halfway cooked. Not a pleasant experience at all

This was the worst ordering experience and food experience of my life. They claim that the friars and the ice cream machine and everything else wasn't working we could only get a handful of items. NO THE STORE IS DISGUSTINGGG AND THEYRE TOO LAZY TO WORK THE MACHINES. MANAGEMENT NEEDS FIRED. ill be handling that. since my order was wrong, and iii was the one wrong? ABSOLUTE JOKE

UPDATE: THEY WILL LEGITIMATELY LOOK AT YOU WHILE YOURE WAITING TO GET YOUR ORDER TAKEN AND WONT SERVE YOU. RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSE OR BE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! If only I knew the name of the people I would report them personally or if there was a manager to complain. We were waiting for 15 min to order. No one answered. Then we pulled around and they ignored us for another 5 min. They saw us and pretend we weren’t there. Bunch of irresponsible workers they have there. The place was not even closed so I don’t know what they rejected customers.

When we got there they asked us what we wanted. We asked them a question regarding the size of a milk shake. They never responded. We then saw an employee walk up to the door and lock it. We continued to press the “start your order” button and we still got no response. We went up to the door and kindly asked if they were open. They said they had closed early. It would have been nice if they let us know instead of making us wait.
