It's a tough game out there dealing with Cities, Counties, Contractors and Regs. Dan Knows it and Does it Well !!!

Super unprofessional, roped me into paying him $750 for a drawing that I would be able to show a general contractor to get a quote on a commercial build out. I showed his drawing to two different general contractors and neither of them could work with it. It didn't show any electrical outlets, no plumbing, no wall heights, nothing. I gave him a $375 deposit and didn't pay him the balance because I figured since the GC's couldn't work with his drawings he'd fix it. Nope. He then tried to convince me to pay him more money to get a "hard quote". No thanks. I paid him his full balance and I might as well have done the drawings myself. If you’ll notice in the response from the owner he said he was not paid for the work (which he was I certainly paid) but I did withhold the payment for a time because he said that I would be able to get quotes from contractors... and I never got that. He also said that I didn’t put him in touch with the contractor when I certainly did I literally had the contractor call him! The contractor said he couldn’t work with the info that he got from a Daniel and declined the job as a result. Daniel cost me precious time (he took FOREVER to get it done) and money, not to mention bending the truth in his response.
