Subway

Stopped here they had no Italian bread. They only had wheat available. Got a tuna ft long. I was given 3 1/2 small ice cream scoops of tuna. Then they flatten it out. Bread was old. Had to be a few days old it was hard. Pretty cheap with small amount of tuna for a $10 sandwich. Won't ever be back here. I wonder how they stay in business.

They are located right off the highway and that is the only reason they stay in business--many locals keep away. They sometimes have spinach but often don't have it. When they have spinach, you have to ask for it as they keep it out of view of the customers. There is a chubby short girl who works there, and she is the absolute worst. If you ask for more banana peppers, she will give you like 2 or 3 extra. You have to ask again and again. In fact, most of the workers are very cheap in giving out veggies, peppers, etc. I'm assuming they were trained by the owner to be this way. I have gone to this establishment a few times out of convenience, but I'll never go again.

Now I know why this location is always empty every time I pass by - the customer service here is atrocious!! I stopped by this restaurant today with my husband, my 16 year old son, my 7 year old son and my 8 year old daughter, who wanted one of your new sliders, but only with lettuce and cheese on it. When I asked the girl behind the counter, she told me that she could not make it for me. I informed her that I was willing to pay the full price of the most expensive slider, but if she could just make it with lettuce and cheese. The girl refused. She said the sliders can not be customized. I asked her if they are made fresh, she said yes. I offered to pay her $10 for the lettuce and cheese slider, again, she refused. I asked if she was the manager to be making such decisions, she said no. I asked her to speak to the manager, she refused to allow me to do so. So, myself and my entire family walked out and instead, went to McDonald's right down the street. This location lost a lot of business today, as we would have ordered at least $50 worth of food between the 5 of us. It is extremely unfortunate that such poor customer service can be experienced at such a place. I am extremely disappointed, as my family has been customers of Subway for decades. Unfortunately, I can not patronize a business that will not accomodate to my family's (not so bizarre) needs.
