Panera Bread

The mechanized ordering system is far from user friendly and even after trying over and over again not even a real person was to be seen to possibly offer some help. Not a good time at all. Regular customers seemed to know to go to the counter to order? We have previously been very happy with Panera but doubt now whether we will return. Some seemingly good ideas just do not work out well!

I actually have never had such bland, flavorless food. The woman at the register wasn’t the nicest and was off putting. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and my boyfriend got a breakfast wrap. The lack of any flavor was actually shocking. Even after adding salt. The drink machine was out of ice and the employees did not care. The coffee was so awful my boyfriend threw his away after one sip. The fact that I u-turned to go to this Panera is a shame. This Panera was so bad that corporate should pull their franchise license. Don’t read the bad reviews and think “that won’t be my experience”….because it will. The food was so bad we spent an hour pointing out every establishment that would’ve been better until we got to Buc-ee’s. Even the Circle K across the street would be better.

It never fails…EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this particular Panera they always mess up the order or have nothing in stock. All the high school kids that work there have no customer service what so ever. Really disappointing because we were excited years ago when this one opened close to our home with a drive thru. From now on I’ll be making the longer trip to go to the one in Conroe until this one decides to get it together.
