Always good to make a Taco Bell run every now and then. I went through the drive-thru during lunchtime. No long wait time. The food was fresh and good. And best part... no cracked hard shell tacos.

Twice I've gotten black beans instead of regular beans in my chalupas. I order through the app so there should be no confusion regarding the ingredients chosen. Twice in this location only, someone doesn't have the reading comprehension to understand the difference between regular beans and black beans.

Kiosk only ordering and the staff ignore your presence. After waiting too long for food, inquired status to a confused employee. No explanation or apology of delay.
Kiosk does not offer water only.
Constant blaring alarm that probably is causing hearing damage or the very least headaches!

Ordered nachos and a drink, simple order really, got my nachos, then Waited 20 minutes just for someone to come to the counter so I could get my drink, not just myself but 2 other sets of customers were waiting for minutes on minutes before even getting their food.

I wasn't very impressed. Our food was cold. One chalupa had meat that tasted like chili meat, instead of plain hamburger meat. It was disgusting.

The service was terrible 4/15/2022 around 4:30 pm….. wouldn’t add my food on at the window first time a Taco Bell ever said that and then said they need to get their time down to a paying customer. The manager was terrible and didn’t even care. Bad management.

I placed my order at drive through and after I paid, the cashier had me to drive around to the other side to wait for my food. Then they didn't give me all my items.
