I'm usually in and out of here pretty quickly unless I order the fried white cheddar bites, which is understandable. In comparison to other fast food places, I've only had some of my sauces forgotten a very few amount of times. The chicken is always cooked just right. I really like their nuclear hot sauce. I actually have a problem not coming here for their "chicken fingerz" since it's so good.

If you like your strips small and your chicken buried under a mountain of fries... This is your place. The fries were good and the giant piece of toast was ok but the chicken strips are small and not very seasoned. The resident chicken tender commissioner at the table thought they were average as did the rest of the bunch. BUT, if you like your chicken spicy, this is a pretty decent spot to add a .20 charge for the hottest flavor they have. Your chicken will come soaked with some spicy goodness.

I waited an hour in the drive thru for my online order. I was told I needed to come inside to pick it up. Food was missing. What the point of ordering ahead if you can't use the drive thru. Food was cold. Salad was warm. Lids on the drinks are cheap and do not fit. I wasted soda in my car. They are very slow.

Very friendly employees, helpful, polite, & patient. Food was hot and to order. Drink machine still open to public inside if ordering inside for takeout. One bench open for ordering customers. Bathroom was open . General seating roped off.

Got 2 zalads. They're a healthy choice over burgers and fries. Both were great tasting. Plenty of food to eat in these salads.

Very mannerable and polite service. I don't have Zaxbys where I live so when I'm in an area where there's a Zaxbys I like to enjoy an salad. My last 2 visits yielded 2 very skimpy grilled chicken Caesar salads. If excluding bacon and crutons from my salad, the least Zaxbys can do is to add more romaine to the salad to account for the excluded ingredients. Just a thought since the price is not being reduced for no bacon or crutons.

PULLED HERE this morning , TERRIBLE customer service! not only did the young lady taking my order rush us to order but every single time we said something she quickly cut us off “anything else” … “ok, is that all” … when we got to the window she was standing there with a terrible attitude, no proper greeting , no nothing . I’m not sure because i couldn’t see her name tag , but the name on the receipt is Darnelle. we pay too much money to eat here only to be treated rudely ! and my thing is , if you don’t want to work , go home!

I got salads and they were good but you must always check to make sure you got everything that should be on the salad as well as the dressings you ordered.
