Called in my order and was told they were busy filling a 100 box order! They graciously took my order and asked that I give them 15 minutes since they were so busy. No problem. I got there and finished a phone call and then went in. My order was ready and waiting for me. The employees were nice to each other....no yelling or fussing. The lady that waited on me was very gracious and even wished me a Merry Christmas! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Atlanta Highway location (in Taylor Crossing).

I ordered two 2 piece original fried chicken dinner meals with drinks. I wanted a pot meal but they were out of them. Food was good, overall. I ordered my meals thru the drive thru.

The service is really bad for business, the workers and manager need serious training on how to talk to customers. First time ever there and they all had bad attitude... SMH, it's a shame, no sense of professionalism

Service was terrible, employees rude want stop there again. Could not go in to order. Drive thru backed up. If not for my 92 year old mother I would have left before ordering

The good news first. The audio was great. It was clear abd easy to hear the woman working the drive thru. Service was friendly and fairly fast. The chicken was ok. My order was correct. Now, I can't say much good about anything else. They were out of pot pies before 6:15. They extra crispy coating was not the old recipe. It more like cornmeal. The potatoes were flavorless. The coleslaw had little dressing. The sides were not filled full. The price was outrageous.

How are you KFC and you run out of chicken? That’s your thing… Ended up getting the sandwich which was ok.
