Zoes Kitchen

We usually love Zoe’s on Zelda, but today we had a half hour wait where only half of our food came out. I asked for them to make mine to go after waiting half an hour (for a salmon pita), and my husband, who at least got his food in a somewhat timely manner, was given the incorrect dish. No one apologized or acknowledged anything was wrong. The kitchen seemed to be moving slowly, and the diners seated behind us also got the wrong dishes. Finally, when I brought mine back to the office to eat, I opened it up to a pita drenched in oil with three tiny pieces of salmon. Hopefully today was a one-off experience, but I’m not sure we’ll be back there anytime soon.

Great food,lack of common sense and professionalism regarding customer service. I placed a curbside order via online.I arrived at the establishment and called for assistance roughly 4 times for 7 minutes. I finally parked directly in front of the side entrance,no assistance!I decided to move to curbside again after seeing another employee enter the establishment, no assistance. I finally decide to enter to facility to get my order.TWO female employees are literally standing idly,one eating and ask if I have an online order.I asked if their phone is operable considering I've been attempting to get a curbside order for 10 minutes. She responds that the ringer is off due to them not accepting call in orders.I ask why my order wasn't brought to my car due to each parking spot being clearly visible from inside( no response)!Terrible experience!

I work in EMS and zoeys is one of the few places I can get good and healthy food. I used to come to the Zelda rd location often because it is close to my station but over the last few months the customer service and attitude of the cashiers has gotten awful. They are rude and on multiple occasions have sent me with the wrong order. It’s frustrating because I love to eat there but they keep removing items off the menu. Two nights ago they ran of out of some menu items so they decided to close early. I walked in through an open door and the girl at the register rudely told me they were closed due to some menu items not being available. When I asked if what I wanted was available she reluctantly answered yes and turned an snapped at the kitchen to see if they could make it. She kept huffing and puffing and just acting like it was a huge inconvenience for her even though they were supposed to be open. She tried to charge me $30 for a cauliflower bowl with a steak kebab. So when I asked her why she tried to say it was a premium side but $30 for a single person is ridiculous. I ended up just canceling and leaving. Safe to say unless something changes I won’t be going back there.

I ordered curbside pickup. You’re supposed to call when you arrive. I arrived at the estimated “ready time”. I called maybe 8 times and no one answered every time. After 15 minutes of waiting past the time it was supposed to be ready, I go in the building to pick it up. I wait another 5-10 minutes in there. Now, I do cut them slack because they seemed short-staffed and I used to work in the restaurant industry and I know how it is. However, I don’t understand why they couldn’t have just answered the phone and put me on hold or told me it would be a minute. Other than that, the food was pretty good and was accurate. The service wasn’t the best. I don’t recommend ordering curbside here or calling in an order.

First time here and I loved it! It’s fast food in a sense that you get it fast, but it tastes like restaurant quality food. I got the Mediterranean chicken with carmelized onions and a Greek salad and turmeric rice as a side with taziki sauce. I also tried the mixed kebab plate with the spicy chicken and steak with grilled vegetables side. These plates came with pita bread. Everything was so fresh and tasty and it felt like a healthier fast food option. They also have a whole 30 menu for those on that diet. Definitely a great Mediterranean food fix!

Called to place an order well before their advertised closing time, no answer. So I drove there thinking maybe they are just busy, nope.. they turned the lights off when I pulled up. This was at 8:39.. hopefully the owners will make some changes soon. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat
