King Buffet

There was a roach on the jello. The manager said it was a fly that flew in with a customer, but it was definitely a baby roach. One of the workers refused to answer a question about the sauce on one of the dishes (nothing too invasive that would shed special sauce secrets, and definitely no questions that would cause a reasonable person to become upset). The food wasn't that good either. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It’s Thursday October 3,2019 and my family and I are here for dinner. The soda is flat from the fountain machine . We informed the waiter she got an attitude. So we opt for a bottle soda and it was out of date ,it expired June 2019. When we informed them that the soda was out of date they put it back in the cool and didn’t bother to ask if we wanted anything else to drink .Customer Service was horrible and the food was horrible as well. I always look to for the score when I enter into a restaurant but I was distracted by my son . After looking around I see a 81!!! Now I know why the building wasn’t crowded never again

Family of 6 arrived around 7:30 on a Sunday night & they don't close until 9:30, but they did not refill anything on the buffet. Several pans were empty when we arrived & stayed that way. The waitress did not come back to the table to check on refilling our drinks. We had to call another worker to come. I usually leave tips simply because I have family & friends who work as waitresses, but I'm not leaving a penny here tonight.

BAD BAD FOOD! The food wasn't good when I went around 5-6pm. The food was cold on buffet. I felted suck after eating here.The place was clean. The people (worker) seemed to be nice. It was very quiet here, too quiet. The price was reasonable (7.50 + tax.75) and 1.50 for drink so about $10.00 for an adult and 4.50 for kids I think. So good price but not for cold not good food. This was just my experience, you may have a good one. So by all means check it out for yourself but I was unsatisfied. Thanks for reading this post.1/5 rare and I love Chinese food

Thursday evening around 5:30, the place was nearly empty. Food was okay, but have been so much better during previous dinings. The soda from the fountain was flat and no one knew how to change the CO2. when we asked for a bottle soda from the cooler it had expired in June and the waiter placed it back in cooler for resale. The interesting thing was no one offered to get us another soda as if to say you had your options. Very poor customer service. No wonder the place was empty. YOU WILL NOT REMAIN IN BUSINESS WITH SERVICE LIKE THAT!!!
