My family stopped here yesterday for a small lunch on our road trip. The food was good, big tasty portions. The atmosphere was also great, we got to choose a table outside by the fire with a nice view over the water, but the big star goes to the service! The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The server helped us find which food we could eat based on allergies and informed us about road closures which saved us a lot of time on our drive. Sadly I never got his name, but I hope you know who you are!
All in all, five stars! If I ever find myself visiting the states again, I know where to stop for lunch. Cheers from Sweden!

The London Bridge Pub always has consistently good food and service. I had left a review about 5 years ago with 3 stars, but it's time for an update. This is our go-to place when dining in Monterey. It's close to the beach, has a great view of the marina, plenty of paid parking, the servers are very attentive and the beer selection is pretty good, too!
Over the past few years, we find that we we have dined at LBP at least once a month. The burgers, both with the bun and without, are excellent and cooked to order. I recommend the fish and chips, probably some of the best in Monterey. If you don't want the chips (fries), try the cod bites -- same fish, no chips!. The shrimp wrap is also worth a try and you'll probably order it again next time you visit.
The restaurant is rarely crowded and has a local vibe: most of the tourists walk right by and go to Fisherman's Wharf or upstairs to the Japanese restaurant, but that's their loss.

We had the "famous" fish & chips, Voted best in the county 10 years straight. And yea, it was the best I've ever had. It's a good value, but the drinks were a tad high. $4.50 for soft drinks, youch! Atmosphere is a bit dark, but it was clean. Server was very friendly.

Hands down the best fish n chips you'll ever have. Im here a lot and have eaten lots of different dishes. East Enders is delicious as well as the westminster pie. Clam chowder is also wonderful and full of clams. Staff is always friendly, atmosphere relaxed. I love coming here, and i always recommend stopping in if you're in town.

What a great location! Close to Fisherman's Wharf and closer to Pier 2 and the marina. I walked in and saw a cute dog sitting at the bar! They have great outdoor seating with heaters. Great service. Friendly staff!

The London Bridge Pub at Monterey Beach was like a step back in time. There was indoor and outdoor seating. Indoors the decorations had a London wharf theme throughout the whole pub, which included many nostogisic statues, mirrored beer signs, and other interesting decorations. The windows inside overlooked the Monterey Beach and wharf. The service was fast, pleasant, and very professional. I ordered the famous cod fish and chips. The fish was moist, cooked to perfection, and melted in my mouth. Come for a spell, order your food and drink, and enjoy the scenery.

Had to try because of Google and sign outside that says the "Best fish and chips" in Monterey County. Fish was nice and moist, batter could of been a little more crunchy. The chips were spot on, crunchy and hot. Had calamari for appetizer, again batter could also been more crunchy. Other than that, good flavor.

As many times as I’ve come here I have never stopped to try this place. I always come to the same spot that is right next to them, but they were closed for lunch. So we decided to stop here instead.
The fish and chips has been award winning for the last 9 years, so I definitely had to order that. Also, I tried some of the Philly chew steak sandwich, which was also excellent. Great clam chowder as well.
Indoor and outdoor seating had amazing waterfront views. They have a bar with some great looking cocktails too.
Great place and the fish and chips were excellent! The fish was so fresh and flaky. I think they caught it and
cooked it. That’s how fresh it was.
Service was equally great, and the staff and waitress were very nice. I will definitely recommend this spot and will be back in the future trips to the area.

Kimberly is a very considerate server! Other than suggesting me to order the lighter “Fatlip Amber” instead of another more bitter “Dragon Slayer” local draft, she even took care of my friends’ two puppies by bringing a piece of Bacon for these 2 little cuties! Fish & Chips is indeed one of the best I’ve ever had here in US, and one secret I discovered is that if you order Cod sandwich, the fried cod inside the sandwich is the Fish from the Fish & Chip dish as well! Overall speaking, nice location, good food and great service! I tipped almost 30% just because of great service which made it really worthwhile!

Our server Matthew here was amazing serving us today! We tried the clam chowder and one of my other friends got a burger and I got fish and chips! The fish and chips were excellent, really crispy on the outside but just soft enough on the inside! It had a lot of flavor too with some peppers inside! I can't comment on the burger or the clam chowder but they do look pretty nice; though you have to assemble the burger... The fries were okay, they were pretty flat and tasted undercooked. They even have a dog menu and they also give dogs water too! Of course, you we'll have to sit outside on the patio area. Hopefully you get lucky and sit at one of the 2 tables that has a fire ring inside! Really great by our server to restart the fire when needed!
