HoRRiBLe customer service , horrible people . They overcharge, don’t honor any prices , and my debit card was skimmed from their atm , my account emptied and overdrawn . !! When I told them about it to warn other possible victims or so they can place an out of order signs they called me crazy and immediately made me aware that they can not check their cameras after December 13th, also that I got robbed at a gas station. Everything that came out of their mouths sounded like they were guilty . Very disappointed in their store ..

Employee name : Sighn (or something similar to.) Time: 12:55am ABSOLUTELY the WORST representation of 7-Eleven's integrity. I had accidentally left it on the counter one of my purchases. (Lighter). I went back only a few minutes later to see that my item was returned onto it's original placement over the counter. Due to it's distinctive color, I knew that this horrible employee had seen it and placed it back. That proves that he was aware of it. I ask for it back, and he said I had to buy it again. That's outrageous! It's already over priced as it is! Not only that, during my purchase of it. HE STILL DARES to CARD me for it? He didn't card everyone. So is 7-Eleven stereotyping their Customers? I am so disturbed by all this. Please avoid going to this location. I'll give you directions/addresses to other 7-Elvens near by. If you do run into this employee, remind him that sitting on sticks is unhealthy. To Corporate Office: I still have my receipt, and would like to be refunded for it. Thank you.

I went with my 13 and 7 year old boys to get drink on Saturday at around 11 am. There was only one other customer asking a question and i was wainting for my older son to get his drink. The cashier man was rushing for me to pay and get me out of 7-11. My boys were well behaved getting snacks and drinks. He rushed us to pay so we cant get out and this is not the first time he does this. I even asked him why do u always rush me like u want me out. He just said i treat people the same because its busy people go to work and school. That is y i always go to the 7-11on washington and Montebello blvd people there r very nice. If I could give this 7-11 zero stars i would.

I work down the street but im sorry....this place sells their burgers and breakfast croissants hard as hell. And at full price. If youre trying to push your old product, its common decency to not charge full price. I get you guys are hurting but really?! Also, their 711 sandwiches on whole grain taste worse than all the other 711s. I dont know whatthe difference is but the quality is awful.
