I’ve always had great experiences at subway restaurants. This was the first time subway that has disappointed me. The Employees wear air pods while working. They are rude! They ran out of straws for the beverages.

I can't believe how incredibly rude the service was. I just wanted to know about the sandwich on the screen but the young man (Richard) was immediately hostile and rude. I just wanted a sandwich, is that too much to ask for? Why the rude and condescending attitude? What kind of people is this franchise hiring??

Terrible service the lady that was helping my wife and I was rude! There was a fly in the store it landed on our bread I asked for a new bread the lady seemed bothered. I asked for my wife’s bread to be toasted she answered back I know even though she wasn’t toasting it she was already putting veggies. She was just super rude my wife and I won’t be returning!!!! Subway do better!
