Their flavors are always good. I’ve always enjoyed the Ricky road and almond fudge flavors. Like the fact that they have regular ice cream and sherbets. The customer service is always great.

Thank you so much for calling me back I appreciate your return call for changing the flavor off the ice cream..Ok the lady that it call me back she said that she will change the flavor off my cake but she Lie.she didn't even change ..I order cheesecake but then I call to canceled because some of our family members are allergic to cheese.She didn't even change it..It was so sweet and chunks off cream cheese it was not a great ice cream

My family and I came here right before closing, but the staff were still friendly and accommodated to our needs. Most of the ice cream they had were still stocked as well. Great location.

I just have to say that they are not stingy with the scoops like other BK. The kids scoop was as big as the adults scoop. My son asked for the Pistachio Nut ice cream it was so big he couldn't even bite into it :) I recommend this location.

Good deals and a great selection of flavors (as to be expected). Parking shouldn't be an issue as it's located in a larger shopping center. The 2 scoop sundae is a good deal for the price.

Worst service ever! Workers didn't know how to make all the sundaes on the menu. So they we're reading as the were making them and we're exceptionally slow. They we're resentful because it was 940 and they closed at 10. They wouldn't make any milkshakes because it was after 930. Sundaes and cones only so that ruled out half the menu. Two other families came in after is and they seemed overwhelmed and irritated. Next time I will go to the one in Pico Rivera or to Rite Aid

The cashier Savannah is a beast. She had a line of 10 people today on Veterans Day and got through all customers with great service!!!!
