Taco Bell

There was no one in the lobby when my husband and I arrived and only one car was at the drive through. Our wait time was about 10 minutes before anyone came to assist us. We could hear the employees talking in the back. As for cleanliness, the floors were terrible. They needed sweeping and appeared to not have been mopped in awhile. The drink area needed a good cleaning and the trash can was running over.

Don’t go to this location. They’re service and food are terrible. I’ve been here several times hoping they’d clean up their act, but no dice. They’d take your order and repeat it to ensure everything was correct, which it was. Then once you pick up the food, and open it, they’d either have forgotten to add one of your orders or if you specially order a meal, they wouldn’t make it the way you asked. Aside from that, their crunchy tacos always come out soggy causing the taco shell to easily break from the bottom and their chips would sometimes be stale. I personally say save your money and go somewhere else. No longer am I coming back to this location.

Walked in and no one greeted us. Heard an employee say “I’m on my 10” as if he couldn’t come help us. Cool, he’s on his way 10 but there was other employees who could have came to help. They were cussing and talking as if they had no customers in the store. We walked out and Definitely won’t be back.

I went around 5pm April 2nd 2022 David was the manager at that time there were six employees at the time and only one was working and the rest were talking about their personal life and just standing around and ignoring the customers two customers were already returning with their stuff and complaining and nobody cared to put attention to them and when I complained about my two hard shell tacos they said oh my God she said it's cold and she said they're hard and they started laughing I didn't see anything funny about that cuz I paid a lot of money to get trash food. Also they got a B rating if I would have seen that before walking in and all the reviews and complaints I probably shouldn't have order anything. So no I don't recommend doesn't matter how many staff members they change and stuff doesn't look like the owners doing anything to change and save his restaurant bad super bad customer service and experience. -1,000/10
