Customer service is amazing! Always friendly and willing to assist. Even though in "town"(pinky raised), the staff is real down to earth and manage professionalism. After all, it is the customer service that you come back to.😊

After the renovation there's no place to sit and work really. Looks like they want to discourage that which is fine. But that's what I need. Tiny round tables are not good for a laptop. Weird layout.
People are great, always friendly. Coffee is usually great too. If you just want to sit and read or chat with a friend it might be perfect for you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered two coffees on the mobile app and waited in line for twenty minutes after driving to the store. I asked for a manager and a refund and they were much quicker to act to give me a refund than pour a nitro cold brew (the simplest drink to make off of the menu). Terrible experience.

I ordered 2 drinks online and sent my brother to pick it up. The order was totally wrong, and my brother was in a rush, he also didn’t know what I have ordered. And instead of the green tea creme Frappuccino they made a hot tea. Horrible experience...

Albeit having limited services due to the pandemic, this starbucks had smooth service and wonderful partners. Dwayne served me at the door and was extremely friendly, even remembering my name and face when I came back 30 minutes later after eating. I would highly recommend this store.
