Tacoria

This site is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this place. Whenever I want to go to a superb supper, this restaurant comes immediately to my mind. good and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.great staff members, and agreeable spirit. Not less important, the cost is modest. I suggest this spot with no doubt.

Tonight I made the mistake of going Tacoria with my family. We ordered from the car while it was raining outside. Immediately after ordering, my kids and I entered the restaurant to wait for the food. We added two tacos to the order and my son asked for his burrito with no beans. Our initial order was out in 10 minutes, but they messed up on the beans and had to redo. No apology. Just another 12 minute wait. We asked about the second order of two tacos and we were told it was sitting on the counter because nobody had gone up to claim it. Maybe because nobody bothered to call the name? Jess said it had my wife’s name on it but still nobody had called it out. No apology, just blame the customer from Jess. My son wanted to add a burrito wrap for his burrito bowl that was now cold. Jess asked for 53 cents, still without apology for the wait or the messed up order. When I said “No thanks,” and walked away, Jess was still unapologetic. We had given a 10% tip, but that will be my last visit to Tacoria. Too many other restaurants to visit in these times where the customer is still appreciated.
