Very nice atmosphere, as we sat outside. Octopus appetizer could have been salted a little better. Linguini and clams was delicous and steak was great. Overall enjoyable dinner.

Look at that picture! It's real. Great atmosphere, hidden secret, will soon get out. The pool is a great addition. Best part was staff had ZERO ATTITUDE, great 👍 👌 👏 service, too many out here are presumptuous, relax enjoy. Look at that burger.

I genuinely enjoy visiting Backyard when we go to Montauk.
It's a very relaxing vibe and a wonderful spot of al fresco dining. During the day, add the pool and some cocktails and it's a solid day well spent off the beach if you want to switch up your experience.

A nice restaurant that’s right in “the backyard” of the Sole East resort. Indoor and outdoor seating surrounded by lots of greenery, very nice setting. The menu is small but the food comes out really well prepared and tasty. There’s also a small bar for cocktails and beer.

Amazing food!! If you like eggplant, you have to get the pasta à la Norma. The grilled octopus appetizer was also AMAZING! And the creamy polenta side dish was DELICIOUS!!!! We’ve been here before, & will definitely return!!!!!

Such a surprisingly excellent meal! Everything was so fresh and fantastic. The grilled tuna with polenta was truly phenomenal but we loved all of our dishes and the cocktails the service was wonderful. Highly recommend

Really an excellent meal from the apps to the entree. Was a little disappointed some of their menus online didn’t appear on the menu when we arrived - but really good meal and scene.
