Bad service ever!!! I placed an order online, when I picked it up when they give it to me he said this is the full order. I drive home 15 minutes I arrived home in something was missing, I called in they should deliver it in they said they can't, in he put me on hold for 5 minutes in he knocked down the phone.... first and last time I ordered from this store

It is terribly difficult for me to write about this most unfortunate experience and do so with the sole intent of prompting a very necessary improvement at this establishment. There is No excuse for making a caller wait 12:16 minutes on the phone for service after being told that there was "1" walk-in customer being helped. How fortuitous is it when the phone isn't muted and you can clearly hear 6 additional customers being served amidst ongoing kibbitzing including the proprietor (whom I personally know and recognize his voice). I find that while the food is satisfactory which is why I choose to give it 1 star the service is sorely lacking. I call far busier establishments in Monsey and have never encountered such callous disregard for a telephone order. I did not place the order and don't intend on patronizing this establishment for the foreseeable future.
