Service is horrible. Girl taking my order never smiles. I need to repeat everything 3 times. She does not listen and ultimately gets it wrong. She acts like we are a inconvenience. I have tried several times. Always an unpleasant experience. I now drive 4 miles out of my way to go to the Subway in Urbana. Much better. Night and Day

Can't say I've had the best experience here. In January I had come here for 3 sandwiches. 1 for myself, 1 for my fiance and 1 for his uncle. The lady who served us really didn't seem like she wanted to make our sandwiches, hardly put any of the toppings we requested (I get more from other subways), and she kept mumbling under her breath when my fiance asked for extra toppings. I never really had a poor experience at any other subways and didn't think this one would be any different. Giving 2 stars because the sandwiches were very tasty😊 and Though poor attitude from the worker, the tasty sandwiches deserve 5 stars!

Best Subway out there. You would think as a chain they would be similar. People running this one are great as are the salads/ sandwiches. And I've ordered from several others. This is the best.

Made a commitment to supply lunch to 30 plus students at local school and have said they can't because of lack of confidence in the staff.
