The employee named Tarkraj was very impolite. I needed change for a $100 bill so I decided to make a purchase just just to break it down into smaller bills. I understand that sometimes places do not always have enough change however, Tarkraj immediately became aggravated and told me he was refusing my business. While he is telling me this, his coworker is doing his best to be polite and to help me out. Clearly demonstrating that there were two different ways to handle that situation. Tarkraj unfortunately chose to be unfriendly and rude. I will also be filing a complaint with their corporate office.

Yesterday morning I stopped here and when I pulled into the parking lot the only two "handicapped" parking spaces both were taken by a coffee delivery truck. I parked in another place and when I entered the store there was the delivery man standing at the counter visiting with the clerk. I told the driver that it made it very difficult for handicapped people when our spaces are blocked. He laughed at me!! Then the clerk laughed at me with him. I was humiliated to think how unimportant I was to them. I think I'll take my business to somewhere where I am valued as a paying customer.

I have a legal consular id, the night shift employee said u don't have a California id or drivers license because ima stop selling beer to people with this id' I said oh really and he said yea its too hard to read wow it has details English and Spanish!!! I buy alcohol anywhere with this id even at this 711 its the first time someone tells me this not even the owner.
