Their dessert is horrible, it’s like eating styrofoam covered in sugar. Surely they could come up with something better for dessert, like flan, or tres leches, or something like that? Mexico has so much on its menu for desserts and it seems to me that Taco Bell is missing out on a great opportunity here.

This place in the City of Duarte is a surprising place to have breakfast friendly service and has cream for our coffee as most Taco Bell's are out that early it's important to have your customers needs meet and they came out on top for me

They so rude especially the big lady. After order thru machine she just drop my food on counter and walk away?? I have to ask got no responses from her! The worst service she should get zero star or may be I'm asian?

I wasn't sure about posting this so you make your own judgment. For me I don't want anyone to get in trouble or fired, I simply want them to understanding of how unhealthy and and unsafe this could be. I ordered a burrito and a drink But I decided not to eat it. There was visible blood So again you judge for yourself.

Consistent yummy fast food. Today it was busy here which is rare. Power outages and this location was on. Service was average without emotion, not much personality. It's the flavor of the basics like crunchy taco, bean and cheese burrito that keep me coming back.🌮 and I'll be back...

i ordered taco's 🌮 here 2 tacos i ordered online n requested in the app 10 🔥 fire sauc but end up only getting 1 in the bag did not realize till i got home. THIS BRANCH R EXTREMELY STINGY ON SAUCE.

This location seems incapable of holding regular hours. I have tried on numerous occasions to dine here 30 or 45 minutes past opening hours of 7:00 a.m. and their drive-thru and storefront are still closed. This is in opposition to their hours posted online and on the storefront.

The place was recently remodeled. A long over due improvement. Seating and dinning area is clean and comfortable. Service is mediocre and unfortunately "the standard" when compared to other fast food franchises with exception to Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out in my experiences.
Food quality could be better. I ordered the beef burrito and was disappointed to find that it was mostly beans and "blended" ground beef. Overall, food was better in the past. Service was also better in the past as the customer service person greeted the customer with a smile and hello.
