After several attempts to find a good dental office....we finally came here. Our first time and we walked out extremely pleased. Everyone is super nice and all take their time to explain everything to us. Loved the hygienist. And Izzy the receptionist is super nice and was very patient helping us figure out our dental coverage. Dentist aren't easy for me but I truly felt very comfortable here. We have found our long term dental office.

I noticed that on the days the orthodontist shows they schedule too many consultations. I was scheduled go get the braces started and I ended up waiting 2 hours from 16:00-18:00 for the manager to tell me that they won’t be seeing me today. Because they close at 18:00. I was patiently waiting meanwhile they would call up other consultations before me who had appointments after mine. I noticed that my name was highlighted with 2 other names in the middle of the page when the waiting list was almost filled. But one family was able to go in and which their family name appeared to be Hunter and the other 2 which had Spanish last names including mine were still outside waiting. It looked like they were showing priority to the one Caucasian family over the Hispanic families. It was until 17:30 that I approached the front desk and I asked if they would be seeing me today to get the procedure started and the employee said yes and that they close at 18:00. Then I asked how long the procedure takes and she indicated that it takes one hour. I still waited all the way to closing and they never called me in but to speak to the manager.

This clinic is excellent. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Mary G is an excellent person. She explained everything I needed in a professional manner. She is very knowledgeable of her job and friendly. Is was willing to work with me as far as payments. I would definitely recommend everyone to this clinic. Mary G is very courteous. She ask how I was doing and how I found the office. I felt welcome by her. She is a great asset to the company.

I dread Beyond dread coming here because every time I come and it’s a simple check up it’s an hour and a half wait and things haven’t changed and it’s not because of the pandemic because this was happening before the pandemic. It’s ridiculous how i’ve gone three times for the same issue and all three times I wait an hour and a half just for my dentist to tell me they have to go through my insurance and see what it says because I was declined which I was never even informed until I had to call. And it’s funny how they’re really good about calling you for your six month check up but they’re not good about calling you saying hey whatever needed to be approved wasn’t approved we need you to come in and do the process all over again. My appointment this morning was at 8 AM I was not seen by the doctor until 930 and I talked to him for maybe five minutes and that was it.

Bad customer service. Takes at least 2 hours for them to take care of me even I have an appointment. The extra girl was rude. I asked her when it’s my turn. Because I have to go back to work. That was after more than an hour sitting in the room waiting to have my teeth cleaned. She said to me right away and asked me do I want to make a different appointment. That was rude and unprofessional. Patient was waiting more than an hour without any service and she wants me to reschedule a different appointment. I will never ever come back to this place again. I will not recommend anyone to West Coast Dental. Thank you,

Unprofessional staff. The dentist was in rush , she didn’t take her time examining my wife. Even my wife she was in discomfort , the dentist told us that she has no time to do anything today . We felt that we were rushed out of the clinic. The dentist prescribed medication for my wife , and we have been told it has been sent to Walgreens. We have checked with Walgreens , but no prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Even the manager assured us that the medication sent already . I won’t recommend this office .
