Hands down the NICEST CREW and best service I've ever had at a McDonald's restaurant in all my years. If it weren't such a long drive we'd only come here! We would give them 10 ⭐'s if possible!

Store was dirty for 130pm and only 2 dine in customers. Alot of fraternization going on in front in and back. No sweet tea as well or any tea. Plenty of workers but nothing done to make the dine in experience pleasurable. I have been in restaurant operations 27 years. I would have been ashamed If this was one of my locations

Takes more time then sitting down to eat, order right 1/4 of time, shake machine works the opens decide to start it. Probably the worst McDonald's across the country and ones I've been to in Europe. Food is fresh if you get what you ordered.

I have stopped on several occasions and it's always the same story the ice cream machine is not working it seems this problem could be fixed with in months . also haven't been able to get service at the drive thru and finally pulled around and see the girls at the window talking to car load of boys.it always on the evening shift

We ordered using the app. Our order wasn't ready when we got to the pickup window. The drive-thru person tried to give me two other orders that weren't ours. After I told them and showed them what we had ordered two times, they finally got our order to us.

Line was long, and they were busy, but it didn't take long at all to get my food and be heading on down the road. I was very surprised, cause all the other ones we usually visit, takes forever.

A bunch of incompetent and incapable people who work here, like any other McDonald's. Messes up my order and says I have to go all the way back around and wait in the drive through line to reorder what I ordered in the first place? Never heard of this garbage at any other restaurant.
Also, the overpriced coffee is a rip off as they don't fill the cup.

Previous franchise individuals must have gave it up. Terrible and slow. I don't know why they have 2 drive thrus if you have to wait on the opposite side of the place to get the rest of your order. Stupid!
