It was crazy busy & took forever to get through the line & get our food. However they were very understaffed & i could tell the kids working there we're doing the best they could in that situation. Kid's loved their dinner & blizzards & that's whats important!

Went to get a sweet treat tonight. The kids there were busting their humps to get through the VERY long lines that were both inside & at the drive thru. HOWEVER the older man (I’m guessing the manager) was just hanging out in the back twiddling his thumbs not lifting a finger. Was in there for over 15 mins (not the kids fault it was just so busy) & I did not see him prepare or help with one single item. Good job to the teenagers tonight, to the grown man…. Maybe you could learn from their work ethic?

It's definitely improved since I was last in! Drive thru has sped up some, but it's still almost certainly underpaid and understaffed, and those ladies do the best they can, so if you are short on patience, this is probably not the best choice. If however nothing but an Oreo blizzard will do, and you dont mind a bit of a wait, this DQ is fine!

Went at 9:20pm Saturday 5/13/22 The employee put crates down in front of my vehicle and said they close at 9pm The website says 10pm. No one behind me you would have thought as a courtesy they would have let me go. Plus it was well after 9pm. Monroeville "Monroeville Blvd location"

Good enough stuff...my chocolate malted was "chunky" (hard malt chunks - stale?) but my grandson enjoyed his cherry dipped cone.

Dairy Queen is my baby!!! I love all things ice cream I do miss the other place on northern pike only because they made cotton candy dilly bars and I sorely miss them please consider making them at this location please!

I was actually surprised at how inexpensive a good burger, rings and a drink were. Really liked their new Flamethrower burger.
