Taco Bell

Listen, we’re not here to talk about the quality of fast food. We all know what we’re getting into with a taco that takes 5 minutes to make, it’s all about the service. Upon my visit I was treated respectfully by a well mannered person that got my order to me with my absolute satisfaction. That’s 5 stars all day son.

I went there yesterday to get the Mexican Pizza combo. When I got to the window I handed the cashier my money as at least 5 people stood around chatting . Eventually without a thank you I was handed my bag of food . No drink. One of the non stop talking employees simply looked at me and asked did you get a drink? Really???? A combo with no drink?? He gave me a regular Pepsi not a Diet Pepsi & did not say anything as he gave it to me. I can now understand why there was no line there and Chick-fil-A a few doors down was packed. The food was gross & I got acid reflux. I would give no stars if B possible. How about giving me my money back please? No comments about striving to do better, but actually make it right for me please.

The service has gotten progressively worse. The drive they workers are rude for no reason. I had an online order to pick up, and when I got there and told them they repeatedly said “we don’t have any online orders”. I told them that it was just placed and they said it again and then stopped talking to me. They finally found the order and when I come up to the window they were all laughing. When I finally get my food everything was thrown into the bag and everything was made sloppy. Very unimpressed with the workers considering the amount of people who were there.

Went into restaurant to order and was not waited on. Was finally told to order on kiosk after waiting 15 minutes. Big line was forming of customers and people stared to leave. When I started to order from the kiosk it would not let me place my order. I was only able to order by going through the drive thru. Horrible service

Just went to monroeville taco bell worst we ordered 2 big boxes and 2 doritos tacos and 2 orders of cinnamon delights paid and the guy give us the two boxes and we asked is there mild sauce got home and looked no napkins no sauce and cinnamon delights worst every time we come here the order is messed up badly
