It's in a terrible location to get in and of out of, especially when the drive-thru is backed up. Also, be prepared to wait A LONG TIME for your order, regardless of weather or not you go through the drive-thru, go inside to order, or order on the app, and possibly have it made wrong.

Barista didn't know what a macchiato was, even though it's on their menu so I had to pull it up on my phone off their website to show them it exists. Then I got one. Drink's well made, baristas could learn their menu better!

This is one of only two Starbucks in town. This is actually inside of the Giant Eagle store. It's in the front right corner so it's easy to get in and out. The coffee and service were good.

The worker today was an amazing employee and a great person that made me feel great about the Starbucks Coffee experience!

Always a personal favorite and this Starbucks did not disappoint! They were very busy this Saturday and only had one barista, but a second one did show up! They were friendly, completely the order in a timely manner, and got it right!

Coffee tasted as if it was burnt. They do remove it from the heat putting it in thermos but it's still it's not a taste for me. McDonald's has better coffee than this place,and a quarter of the price.

On Tuesday July 26th I purchased a bag of coffee and a frappuccino around 10 am. I accidentally gave her two $20 and told her to keep the change which was $1.16 and she said thank you but I don't think you want me to keep all this and returned the additional $20 that I gave her by accident. The barista was very rude. Asked if a drink was mine very nicely and claimed he had called out twice in an angry tone. Never heard him, thats why I asked. Sorry you’re overworked and training someone but doesn’t mean you need to take that out on the customer.
