Dairy Queen

Service was kind of slow (only saw 2 staff members, so it's understandable) but the burger I got here actually tasted good compared to other dairy queen locations. And the cheese curds tasted good and didn't squeak like rubber like the other ones I ordered do. I'm happy the lobby was open here and the food tasted right. In spite of a lack of ambiance in the lobby and lacking a drive through I am overall happy with this location and would be happy to return here in the future.

Extremely rude for no reason. Attitude was not necessary and was just an overall bad experience. Rather but mcdonalds icecream and be told the machines broke then deal with crappy customer service that this place gave, least mcdonalds workers give more respect to customers even tho they get orders wrong a lot

It was an extremely disappointing experience. When we got there, 2 people were standing at the counter talking to the person working behind it. The person working came off as the manger, and they’re entire conversation consisted of her complaining about working there. We stood there for minutes while they continued to talk before we got to put our order in. We were not greeting at all, the lady working was very unpleasant, and continued to talk to one of the ladies while taking our order. The only thing the worker said to me was that “she didn’t have any chocolate ice cream today”. I wasn’t even given a receipt, or anything. It was a very unwelcoming & mostly disappointing experience & on top of that the store was very dirty behind the counter. Seemed to have garbage and dirty napkins all over. I will not being going back there ever again.

I have been going here for years. The food is always the same and unfortunately so is the service. This DQ seems to staff the shop with teenagers who would rather talk among each other and hide from customers than work. Every since time I come here it's the same experience. The last time I was here there were 2 kids here. I was 3rd in line. IT took me almost a half an hour to get what I ordered. The first person in line ordered 3 blizzards. The people directly in front of me ordered 2 blizzards(which when they received them the the staff made the incorrect ones) and I had ordered 2 simple things. One of the kids couldn't have moved slower if she tried. I guess she elected to stop ringing customers and be the "food runner" which is all well in good but the guy decided to sit at the register and watch instead of helping or ringing the remaining customers. At this point the line was literally outside and that was after people gave up and left. I ordered a very simple thing: Chocolate ice cream in a small cup with rainbow sprinkles. They had to ask me 8 times what I had ordered. No lie, 8 times. The management at this particular store doesn't seem to care. Again, this isn't a one time occurrence, it's EVERY SINGLE TIME. So if you are going to stop in here prepare to be ignored and prepare to wait.

For a small place it's really not bad. Parking is a little difficult depending on the time of day you go through. They make everything to order including the hot foods, as a bonus they bring it to your table. Price is good for the lunch deals, dinner is a little higher than usual but not too off than usual.
