Great bagel shop. Bagels are so tasty and always fresh, big, fluffy insides, and a Crispy exterior. For the kids, they have rainbow bagels which kids love!! It's the place we always come back to and take bagels to go!! The coffee is also good here and the staff is super friendly and well trained.

Fast friendly service, opens early! Bagels made fresh! Very affordable! Tables you can sit and eat at. My favorite is the French toast bagel! Very good food I love it. They have beverages and sweets, lunch and things like that. Be specific if you want your bagel toasted or not because if you don’t say it they won’t do which is good if you think about it lol

Was there at 7:15am and got an everything bagel that was clearly from the previous day. I’ve had their bagels before and they are incredible. This was not a fresh bagel. Very disappointing.

1 star because I can't go lower. This is the undisputed WORST breakfast spot in the state. As other reviews have said, they CONSTANTLY get orders wrong. I've given this place so many chances. I think they've gotten the order right 5% of the time. Bagels are mediocre at best, often leaning toward supermarket plastic sleeve bagels. They cannot cook an egg. God help you if you ask for a breakfast sandwich. A 'fried egg', apparently means the runniest, barely-cooked-at-all liquid egg squished between cold sausage and a soggy bagel. Also extremely slow service. This place does not deserve your business.

I’ve tried giving this place a chance but 9 times out of 10 they get my order wrong. Usually, it’s forgetting an egg or bacon but today they actually forgot the bagel. I ordered a bagel sandwich and basically got spinach thrown around with some egg and bacon. Unfortunately, I order through DoorDash so I usually don’t find out what’s missing until the food is delivered. Although I enjoy their food, I cannot continue to accept poor service from this restaurant. Considering how many times this has happened, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others.

I’ve been coming here since 1989 when Monroe was so quite and less busy then it is now. The bagels are still fresh and delicious. Prices are good. Just gets way to busy for me, especially the elderly people with there driving. But you have to take the good with the bad. Still highly recommended.

The food at this bagel bazaar was AMAZING. Very homemade taste and prepared nicely. Staff is very friendly We got our food in a little over 10 minutes, which is very quick. Will make this a regular stop in the future.

First time last time bins full of nice looking fresh bagels but the one I received was definitely not one if those. Definitely from the day before not fresh and with the thinnest schmear of veg cream cheese I’ve ever seen for 4 bucks. You shouldn’t chizel your customers if you want them to be repeat customers.
