On my way to pick peaches I found this little gem. The menu is limited, but what they do have was pretty incredible.
I ordered the lunch special (fried chicken thigh, potato salad, baked beans, slaw and iced tea for under $10.)
The fried chicken was some of the best I've eaten (crunchy on the outside, juicy and tender inside), the baked beans and slaw were also delicious.
The rest of the lunch menu was burgers, sandwiches and can only speculate that they do those incredibly well...

If your are looking for the BEST biscuits you have ever had, look no further! The Potluck Cafe is the absolute best little southern cafe you will ever find! They have a wonderful cup of hot coffee waiting for us when we walk in. The staff is very hospitable and my fiancée and I love our server Tina. We would give a full 10 stars if we could!!

This is one of the best places to go to in Monroe. Their biscuits are also great. If you have the time to go here one morning, I definitely recommend it. Sometimes they are quite busy though.

This place is the best place to eat in Monroe. Tuesdays and Thursdays are my most favorite days because of their daily specials and the service is the best around.
Within a few visits you'll be on a first name basis with the place and I highly recommend, if you are eating by yourself, that you sit at the community table and get to know some of the good people in this area.

Not enough vegetables or meat offers. All veggies were high in carbs. Nothing green. Meat was dry
