Dunkin'

Coffee taste great but they don’t make it correctly. I don’t know how many times ive said almond milk because I am allergic to dairy and they always put dairy. I’ve had to call out work once because I got sick just from one sip not realizing they messed up. I love the place but you need to take it seriously when someone has an allergy. It even says almond milk on the sticker and they still put dairy.

I cant even believe i drank a coffee with a fly in it. This is just gross!!! This dunking donuts always has new employees and always a new manager. This is THEE WORSE DD EVER !!! Everytime i go its always something without fail. Missing food.. or slow service.. burnt wraps.. i will never ever go there again… this place should close down no one there know how to do their job.

This DD is hit or miss. Sometimes it's pretty good. Sometimes it's terrible .Like Forrest Gump said, you never know what you're going to get. It being a section of a gas station may or may not be the issue. It's not bad to get in and out of. But when it's raining, I can never seem to get inside without a stream of water, like an overflowing gutter getting me. The weird part is it doesn't seem to matter which way I go in. So although I do stop in now and then. It's always a game to see which DD I will get that day. Will it be the best cup of coffee ever, or the worst?

I gave a two star because there is a gas station and a store inside which is helpful. I just left this place tonight and it was NOT busy at all. I ordered a small iced caramel latte which came to 3.44. The latte was so sweet that I couldn't enjoy it and the lid smelled like garbage. It's just upsetting because it's not a cheap cup of coffee. I threw out the entire cup bc the staff there doesn't know what they are doing. If you want good Dunkin coffee go to VailsGate the people make delicious coffee and never assume that you want a cup of sugar. This place always makes a cup of sugar and are not that clean. #dontwasteyourmoney #notcooldunkin

I stop by on my ride to work 2-3times a week. The only good thing about this place is black coffee. Even then it's hit or miss. Sometimes coffee has a burnt taste. Breakfast sandwiches are consistently wrong. Grilled cheese melt is always cold in the center. Coffee never made right. I wish they had the washingtonville staff train this dunkin staff. It's night and day difference. Sad this is my only option on such a busy road(208).

New trend in Dunkin's, sharing space with a conventional gas convenience store, but expanded and I think a full fledged franchise location, it seems, not just a counter. (They are building one in my town 30 miles up the road). This location appears to be run by a earnest and hardworking family. One's who are honing the operation, and very much trying to do good customer service. The kind who if the order is wrong, they will not just want to fix it, but also give it or something else for free. As they did for me. I would them a chance and your support if you had not the best experience.
