Starbucks

What a turnaround!!! Until today, I found going to this Starbucks to be a maddening experience. However, there's a group of people working there now who are either new or people I haven't interacted with yet, and I just had one of the most efficient Starbucks experiences of my life. Bridget, Kyle, and Brittany are such a cohesive team. Not only are they efficient, but they're also pleasant and the drink was made well. Thank you to all three of them! :)

DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!!!!!! To the girl that was working the morning shift with the clear glasses: you’re so rude I walked in at 11:45 not knowing you were “closing” and instead of just taking my little latte order you thought it would be okay to tell me you were closed after the last guy on line. Ive worked in the service industry and sheesh that was disgusting. Also online says you close at 9pm. I am truly disgusted!!!!!!

Yes, this is inside Target, so by default, a questionable “starbucksexperience” indeed. Nonetheless, prior unfavorable reviews are not entirely accurate. My experience, inclusive of general service, quality of the interaction, accuracy and speed with which my drinks were prepared, as well as the quality of the drinks - all excellent! Special thank you to Bridget who handled my order and provided a wonderful experience. Could certainly see this location struggle if there are more than a few patrons at any given time, since the area is not very big, and if an inexperienced person is handling the orders. I came during a work day and around 8am.
