So I was driving and took a bite it felt very bare. For a $15 dollar meal this just looks so poor. They really don’t take their time to make your food. Got home and opened it up and it just looked like a mess. Especially since this is the new sandwich it should look and taste good. Been going to this location since I was a kid but I think I need to switch it up. Not pumped by the service.

This place is by far the most disgusting place! I’ll never come to this location ever in my life again. This place needs new management and new employees. I waited 20mins to place my older the person behind me left from how long we waited, the manager just kept saying give us a second. I saw a cook pick up fries that were sitting around and throwing them back into the batch of fries it was disgusting. Highly disappointed won’t recommend anyone to come to this location their very slow unprofessional and just a disappointment all around I lost my appetite and threw my food away on my way out. This place needs to be shut down! Rated a 1 star because it’s what it deserves.

I ordered the southwest bacon cheese burger and was so extremely disappointed!! The burger was missing avocado spread and missing tortilla chips. The burger was dried due to missing condiments!!! The manager should pay attention with the food preparer!! This is unacceptable service!!

The moment you walk in the employees are talking with their back to you. They continued talking until finally the girl came to the register. Took our order. Once the order was ready the fries were cold and had some much salt on them. The 4 chicken sandwiches were burnt. Horrible service and food.

I worked for burger King when I was 16. Always ask for whopper fresh from the broiler, ask for fries no salt. They accommodated my request I was content

Ordered late around 9:30pm. Food was obviously all day left overs and was not given a receipt. Went back next day and order was made fresh by AM manager.

Beats the hell out of McDonald's. Here your fries are always hot. And on top of that they allow in store dining. McDonald's doesn't want anyone in there stores they look at you as a liability
