I wish I could give negative stars but you have to give at least a one. Stood in the lobby for 20 minutes before anyone would even recognize I was there. I would definitely not recommend this waffle house seems like they think they're better than everyone else and they are catering to you. Sad part is there was only two people in the lobby

The staff (2 employees) was doing their best, but couldn't keep up. I felt horrible for them. The restaurant was a mess, only half the dining room was open, the phone was ringing off the hook with takeout orders. It was a disaster.

They want answer their phone, Every in Monroe NC. Grits is a hit or miss I don't do their grits anymore. Hash browns better than grits 😋

It's been 4 or more years since I've been to a Waffle House, what the hell is wrong with me? This place slaps. The grits were perfect, the pecan waffle was unbelievable & the coffee just perfect.

Restaurant was not busy at the time we came in. Although our server took our orders in good time, she was very inattentive. Not once did she come check on us to see if we needed refills on our drinks or anything else. Plus, a waffle that my girlfriend ordered (which should have come with her entire order) didn't arrive until the rest of our food was nearly eaten. As for food quality, the bun for my chicken sandwich was soggy with grease, and my hash browns were very greasy unlike every other time I've eaten at Waffle House. When I went to pay the check, the girl who cashed me out presented an attitude like she despised me and didn't want to wait on me. We should have went to the Knife and Fork next door.

Service is lacking and so is leadership
Tables not cleaned and no immediate intentions to do so as staff was sitting in a booth upon my arrival.
My order, (chicken and eggs) well inadvanced before my coffee made it to the table. No follow up service for refills of beverages.

Went in here to eat. No one came out of the back to wait on my family and I. Waited for about 10min. Which was about 5mins longer than I should have. Will not go there again. Crazy thing is the girl working saw us pull up in the parking lot.
