The Pretzels are good, but we've gotten hairs in our pretzels two times now on two different occasions, like I know hair nets suck, but dude, two times the hair is no bueno.

When we got here the two ladies working greeted us and took our order, however I think the place hired them for their beauty and not their brains, as they messed up my order and even forgot things off of it, I ordered two smoothies and mozzarella bites, was given bacon ones instead but my gf was ok with it, she made one smoothie for me and I patiently waited for my second one, after 2 customers after me were helped she asked me if I needed help with something, I told her yes I'm waiting for my second smoothie I ordered, she replied well I made one for the lady ahead of you, to which I told her that she paid for her own, she finally made it but only after making everything for the other customers, and prioritizing an order for someone else who worked in the mall, will not be ordering here again
