Buffalo Wild Wings

Service was good, however me and my friend didn’t receive the right amount or wings, on our receipt it shows we got 10, but they only gave me 7 and my friend 9. Also there was barley any sauce or rub, They got most of the sauce on the box, and the chipotle bbq tasted like regular nuggets. I honestly love coming here, but the past couple visits have been the exact same that’s why i’m complaining. Will be my last time coming unfortunately.

This location is normally one of the best! Usually I have good service, but today I walked into a dirty dining area. 5-6 tables filled with customers trash. Then I look and see 4 staff just standing by the bar l, talking and on their phones. If you have down time why are you not cleaning the nasty tables and attending to your new customers ? My waitress stood in a group of people for 15 mins before she even looked at us for our food order. What the heck is happening !?

Update as of 4-25-22 this order was never refunded like it was suppose to be either Nothing but bad experiences with this place. I would rather drive 20mins to the woodhaven one then deal with this place. They claimed to be missing a item out of my order and said it couldn't be made. This order was 40mins out and they couldn't contact me earlier to inform me of this? No I go in to grab my food after a 12 hour shift to be told we didn't make it. Get it together for crying out loud

I used to go here a lot and i guess it is true with what they say. Dont work at places you go. Plenty of kitchen staff not only do not wash their hands but refuse to do so. On top of that the store owner not only condones, but encourages this behavior. I dont know about anyone else, but they use the same gloves to make your food as they do to puck food up off the ground and touch raw products and cooked products. Grill side has people putting raw meat on the cutting boards they also put cooked meat on. Food posioning is a must for this restaurant. Glad to have left this place and hope it gets shut down with how unhygienic it is. You can say this is coming from a place of malice, but can you guess where i got this malice from? Health inspections should not be announced and this place needs to be revamped with an almost entirely new kitchen staff and upper management that allow managers and employees alike to haze and bully other people for no reason at all. This place is atrocious
