I got a chicken sandwich and when I bit into it, it was raw in the middle. Disgusting. I called about it and they wanted to replace my sandwich, which I wasn't interested in. So they said I would need to call again another day to get in contact with a manager for a refund. They were not apologetic. Definitely won't be returning.
The company asked me to email them a week ago about my 1 star review, which I did, but they never responded.
Edit to add: I posted this months ago and the company never tried to make it right.

Ordered bbq chicken dipped didn’t Get dipped nor did I get any sauce period. Didn’t get no sauce for my cheese sticks either. THAT I PAID FOR after the man at the window said “ yes will dip them “ smh. Bad for service definitely won’t be gettin my $ again .

Me and my wife went to the get our family food last night. We pulled in the drive thru and proceeded to place a our order. The order taker was very impatient and very short when she took my order. The food was wrong when we receive it. I drove off had to turn around because we were missing 1 Big Buford. We pulled back up I simply said we missing 1 burger. The cashier was rude, fowl, and had a very bad attitude. She also implied that I was given her attitude, when all I said to her was I'm missing a burger. Hollering at me for a simple mistake was very inappropriate and unprofessional. Then when we get home all my food was cold. On top of that I only had 5 chicken bites in my box over all this experience was horrible.

The food's temperature was lukewarm again 3rd time in the last 2 week's. I won't waste my time anymore. I was trying to be understanding with the shortage of worker's. But 3 time's now.
The original review I made was 5 months ago. Now 5 months later the same. I've never been to a Checkers I didn't like. This franchise is the worst. I'm not just basing this on 1 visit in the 5 months it's been multiple times.
I didn't get the correct wings this visit. The food was cold again I had to cook it once I got home. We asked for extra onion and didn't get that on the hot dog. The fries were soggy. The garlic burger wasn't too bad. . The next time the grandchildren or anyone else asks to go to Checkers it's a No unless we are in a different area. Not here in Monroe again.
