Spitfire Grill

I was kept notified of every flight that my Mother boarded from Detroit, Mi. to Monroe, LA. Her carry on was put the lower level on the plane out of Atlanta, Georgia but she was ok. They made sure she got it when she got to Monroe, Louisiana. The wheel chair service at Monroe was great from the greeting area to the baggage claim and to the front door. Thank you all so much!

I had to use this Airport for the first time as I was visiting Louisiana to get married and to meet so many members of my wife's family. Also I flew from a reasonable size airport in London which was Heathrow to Atlanta USA. Then I had to fly on this tiny plane that was very comfortable I may add from Atlanta to Monroe Regional Airport. And although it was very small compared to some of the larger international airports I had used over the past few years. I found it so clean and the staff were just so friendly and polite. In my opinion you could not ask for a better service and I almost forgot although they mainly cover small chartered flights the Airport to staff are just so well organized. And yes I would highly recommend this Airport and staff to anyone wishing to Visit Louisiana and it's surrounding districts. I if could give it marks out of ten for service etc 10 all day long for me.

The agents are trained to be unfriendly. Even if you have to tell a person no, there is a tactful why to do it. What happened to Cultural sensitivity, compassion, good customer service, Expedia is always kind. But these people hate their jobs. They are the worst. Personal cell phone call while I wait, unacceptable
